Don’t panic!! Ok, so Summer 2010 is nearly upon us. The weather is getting better and the time when you are expected to wear shorts or bikinis is here. I know that most of us are scared of the fact that our winter bodies are soon going to be exposed. We all let ourselves go during the colder winter months and it is when summer creeps upon us that we start to panic about the state of our bodies. Don’t worry though, there are 3 simple ways that you can tone up your bum and get in better shape.
These are easy to implement into every day life…
Firstly you should take the stairs instead of the lift. Most of us have the chance to go up the stairs a few times a day. Whether we do this or not can make all the difference to our bodies. If you take the stairs then you are burning more calories and toning up your backside. Eventually you should try and take the steps two at a time.
Also look at the footwear you are wearing. You need to have trainers that have a firm, springy sole and they fit properly. Of course you can get specific exercise trainers, but as long as you get proper fitted ones these are not necessary.
A great exercise that you can try and fit in at the start or at the end of the day are squats. These are easy to do and don’t take up much time. A few of these a day should really make the difference to your body and will give you the toned bum that you want. You can even do these as you are watching your evening TV so that you barely notice you are doing them. They don’t feel like a vigorous exercise routine but are a great, tone up exercise.
